How quickly we reply
We aim to acknowledge e-mail within five working days. Corrections are dealt with within ten working days where we can, and data protection requests within the one month set by Article 12(3) GDPR.
Corrections
If something on this site is wrong, please say so. Tell us the page, quote the sentence, and give a source if you have one. Substantive corrections are published on the page itself with the date, as described in the editorial policy. The main article already carries a list of corrections made to an earlier version.
What we cannot help with
We are a publisher, not a vendor and not a support desk. We cannot see, change, refund, renew or cancel anyone’s subscription, and we cannot troubleshoot software. For anything concerning a Norton product, account or payment, you need Norton’s own support channels, which you will find through the support link on norton.com. Writing to us about it will only lose you time.
We also do not accept guest articles, link insertions, sponsored posts or paid placements, so proposals of that kind will not receive a reply. See the editorial policy for why.
Privacy of your message
Anything you send by e-mail is processed as described in section 3.2 of the privacy policy: read, answered, kept while the matter is live, then deleted. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive data by e-mail.
